Paramhansa Yoganandaji taught “Chanting is half the battle”. Come find out why he said this! Chanting is a wonderful way to prepare ourselves for meditation. The deeper one chants, the deeper we can forget the world, our body, our problems and go dive into meditation. Learn the techniques Yoganandaji and Swami Kriyanandaji taught to go deeper while chanting. Also, we will have a healing session utilizing Yogananda’s healing techniques to help ourselves and others. We will begin the retreat with asanas and energization exercises and then go deeper and deeper with chanting until we find ourselves superconscious in meditation with a very calm mind, body and soul. Then we will have an extended healing session. All are welcome!
