What is “joyful living?” Very often in life we try to avoid suffering and yet happiness also escapes us. Our happiness can be fleeting — dependent on life’s ups and downs. Even more fulfilling to our hearts is JOY: an internal happiness that is not affected by life’s circumstances. Yoganandaji said, “Divine joy is like millions of earthly joys crushed into one.” In this workshop you will learn ways to cultivate more joy in your life and overcome suffering, including how to:

  • Release stress and worry
  • Choose happiness in difficult situations by growing an internal joy
  • Avoid “happiness thieves”
  • Increase your energy and concentration

This free workshop will be given by a very special guest, Ananda Sangha India’s Spiritual Director, Nayaswami Jaya. He has been practicing kriya yoga meditation, and joyful living, for 50 years.
