Each week before satsang, we begin a meditation with a fire ceremony, chanting the Gayatri and Mahamritanjaya mantras. We then chant and meditate for the remainder of the time ending with a reading from Living Wisely, Living Well, by Swami Kriyananda and healing prayers.

For those who have taken discipleship initiation: The guru-discipleship relationship; and the AUM technique, an advanced meditation technique to help prepare you for Kriya initiation. (This course is required for kriya initiation.) Prerequisite: Level 3, Part 1
