  • Preparation for Kriya Initiation

    The Path of Kriya Yoga, Level 4, Part 2 The basis of the practice of Kriya Yoga and specific techniques to prepare for Kriya initiation. Classes include the history of Kriya, the astral spine, and how to bring the benefits of Kriya into daily life. Prerequisite: Level 3.

  • Fire Ceremony & Meditation

    Ananda Sangha Chennai (Old Centre) , India

    Each week before satsang, we begin a meditation with a fire ceremony, chanting the Gayatri and Mahamritanjaya mantras. We then chant and meditate for the remainder of the time ending with a reading from Living Wisely, Living Well, by Swami Kriyananda and healing prayers.

  • Sunday Satsang

    Ananda Sangha Chennai (Old Centre) , India

    Join us each Sunday for a spiritual celebration every week. Satsang includes chanting, meditation, readings from the writings of Paramhansa Yogananda and Swami Kriyananda including the Bhagavad Gita, and an inspirational talk drawn from the teaching of Paramhansa Yogananda. You can also join us before satsangs for a fire ceremony and meditation, 9:00 am-9:45 am.
